Questions about a plan, help getting set up, or something not working right — message us and we'll sort it out, usually within minutes.
The fastest way to reach us
WhatsApp is how almost everyone contacts us, and it's the quickest way to get a real answer from a real person. There's no ticket system to work through and no queue number to wait on — you send a message, someone reads it, and you get a reply. Most messages sent during normal evening and daytime hours in the UK get a first response inside ten to fifteen minutes.
If you'd rather not use WhatsApp, Telegram and email both work too. They simply take a little longer, since they aren't checked as constantly through the day.
What to include in your message
You don't need to write an essay, but a few details up front save a round trip of questions and get you an answer faster:
- Whether you're a new customer or already have a subscription with us
- Which plan you're interested in, or which plan you're currently on
- What device you're watching on — smart TV brand, phone, Android box, or streaming stick
- If something isn't working, a short description of what you see on screen, and whether it happens on one channel or all of them
A short screen recording or a photo of the error is genuinely useful if you're reporting a fault. It's often the difference between a fix in one message and a longer back-and-forth trying to picture what's happening.
What happens after you message
For a new subscription, we'll confirm the plan and price, send you payment details, and once that's settled your login usually lands within ten minutes. We'll talk you through setting it up on whichever device you're using, and we stay on the chat until it's actually playing on your screen — not just until the login is sent.
For an existing subscription, tell us what's happening and we'll check things from our side first. A lot of playback issues are fixed on our end in a couple of minutes without you needing to do anything at all.
Typical response times
Most WhatsApp messages get a first reply within ten to fifteen minutes during the day and early evening, UK time. Late at night, replies may take a little longer, but you'll still hear back the same day in almost every case. Email tends to run a few hours behind WhatsApp, simply because it's checked less continuously.
What we can help with
- Setting up a new subscription on any supported device
- Renewing or upgrading an existing plan
- Fixing channels, apps or logins that have stopped working
- Questions about what's included in each plan
- Billing questions about a payment you've made
What isn't handled through general contact
Refund requests follow their own process rather than a general support chat, so that every request gets looked at fairly and consistently — see our Refund Policy for how that works and how to start one. Requests to add a specific channel that isn't already in the package are also better raised on WhatsApp directly, since availability depends on what's technically possible on our servers at the time.
Before you message — a two-minute check
If something has suddenly stopped working, a couple of quick checks sometimes solve it before you even need to message us:
- Restart the app fully — close it completely rather than just leaving it in the background
- Check your broadband is actually online by loading a website or another streaming app
- Restart your router if channels are buffering rather than failing outright
If none of that helps, message us anyway with what you tried — it saves a step and lets us focus on the actual fix.
Business hours
There's no fixed opening and closing time — messages are picked up across most of the day and evening, seven days a week. Response speed is generally best from mid-morning through to late evening, UK time.
Common reasons people get in touch
A few questions come up more than most, so it might save you a message to know the short answer in advance. Plenty of people write in simply to ask what's included before they commit to a plan, rather than after — that's exactly what the chat is there for, and there's no pressure to buy just because you asked.
- "Will this work on my TV?" — almost always yes; tell us the brand and we'll confirm before you pay anything
- "Can I try before I commit to 12 months?" — the 3-month plan exists for exactly this, and you can move to a longer plan later
- "One channel is down, is it just me?" — tell us which one and we'll check server-side straight away
- "Can I switch plans partway through?" — message us and we'll work out a fair adjustment
If you're messaging about a renewal
Renewals are handled the same way as new subscriptions — a quick message confirming the plan you'd like, payment, and your access continues without a gap if you message a few days before your current plan runs out. Leaving it until after your subscription has already ended is fine too; it just means a short window where nothing plays until the new period starts.
Following up on a message
If you haven't heard back after a few hours during normal daytime hours, it's fine to send a short follow-up — messages occasionally get missed in a busy inbox, and a nudge is never treated as impatience. Overnight is the one stretch where a slower reply is expected, simply because messages are picked up as the day starts rather than around the clock.
Your details stay between us
Anything you send while getting help — your device type, a screenshot of an error, or your plan details — is used only to sort out what you contacted us about. It isn't passed on or used for anything else. Our Privacy Policy covers this in full if you'd like the complete picture.
