Refund Policy
A plain explanation of when a refund applies, when it doesn't, and how to request one if you need to.

The short version
A SubscribeIPTV subscription is a digital product: the moment we send your login, the full channel list and on-demand library are unlocked and usable straight away. Because of that, refunds work differently to a physical product you can return unopened. This page sets out exactly where we draw the line, so there are no surprises either way.
Try before you commit
If you're not sure the service will suit you, the honest advice is to start with the 3-month plan rather than jumping straight to 12 months or Lifetime. It costs less to test, and if it works well you can move up to a longer plan at any point — nothing is wasted by starting small.
When a refund or replacement applies
We want the service to work, and most problems are fixed rather than refunded, simply because a fix gets you back to watching faster than a refund would. That said, a refund or a free replacement login is fair in these situations:
- Dead on arrival — your login doesn't work at all within the first 24 hours, and we're unable to fix it or issue a working replacement
- Major fault we can't resolve — a large part of the service is genuinely broken (not one or two channels, but the core service) and stays that way after we've had a fair chance to fix it
- Accidental duplicate payment — you were charged twice for the same order by mistake
In each of these cases, message us first. Almost every one of them gets resolved with a fix or a replacement within the same conversation, without needing a refund at all — but if it genuinely can't be sorted, a refund is the fair outcome and we'll process it.
When a refund does not apply
To keep this fair for everyone, the following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- You've used the subscription for a period of time and simply changed your mind
- A specific channel you wanted turns out not to be included, and this wasn't confirmed with us before you paid
- Your device turns out to be incompatible, when you didn't check compatibility with us before purchasing
- Your access was suspended for sharing your login beyond your plan's connection limit, or for reselling access
- You simply stopped using the service before the plan period ended
- The plan period has already run its full length — Lifetime plans and completed fixed-term plans aren't reversible once the term is over
Before you buy: if you're at all unsure whether your smart TV, box or app will work well, ask us on WhatsApp first. It takes one message and avoids a compatibility issue coming up after payment, when it's much harder to make right.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order details — the plan you bought, roughly when you paid, and a clear description of what went wrong. If we've already been trying to fix the issue together, just refer back to that conversation rather than starting from scratch.
We'll take a short amount of time to check the fault from our side. In most cases this happens within the same conversation; occasionally it takes a little longer if the issue needs checking against server logs.
How long it takes
Once a refund is agreed, it's sent back through the same method you originally paid with, wherever that's possible. Processing on our side happens quickly once agreed; from there, how fast it lands back with you depends on your bank or payment provider, which is outside our control.
Partial refunds
If you're partway through a longer plan and a genuine, unresolvable fault means you've lost meaningful access, a partial refund covering the remaining unused period can apply rather than a full one — this is judged fairly based on how much of the plan you were actually able to use.
Chargebacks
If something's gone wrong, please message us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks to resolve through your bank and often means we lose the ability to help directly while it's in progress, whereas a message to us is usually resolved the same day. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first, where the fault could reasonably have been fixed, may result in your access being suspended while the matter is investigated.
Cancelling before you're due to renew
None of our plans renew automatically — there's no subscription running quietly in the background and no card kept on file for recurring billing. When a plan reaches its end date, it simply stops, and you decide separately each time whether to renew. Because of this, there's nothing to actively "cancel" partway through — your access runs for the length of the plan you paid for and no longer.
Why some limits exist
The connection limits on each plan and the rule against reselling access aren't there to catch people out — they exist because server capacity is shared across everyone using the service at the same time. When those limits are respected, streams stay stable during busy evening and weekend hours for every customer, not just some. That's also why a refund isn't available when access is suspended for going over a plan's connection limit or sharing a login outside your own household: it affects the service for other people, not just the one account.
Questions before you pay
If any part of this policy is unclear, or you want to check something about your specific situation before buying, ask us first. It's always easier to answer a question in advance than to sort out a disagreement afterwards, and we're happy to talk it through on WhatsApp.
Need to talk through a refund?
Message us with your order details and we'll look into it properly — most issues are fixed faster than a refund would take anyway.
