Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and SubscribeIPTV when you use this website or subscribe to the service.
Last updated: September 2026
Agreeing to these terms
By visiting subscribeiptv.uk or subscribing to the service, you're agreeing to the terms on this page. If you don't agree with any part of them, the simplest option is not to use the service — and if you're ever unsure what a section means in practice, ask us before subscribing rather than after.
What the service is
SubscribeIPTV provides paid access to internet-delivered television and on-demand content, streamed to your own device through a login we provide after payment. You'll need your own broadband connection, a compatible device, and a stable enough connection speed for the quality you want to watch in — we don't supply any physical equipment as part of a subscription.
Who can subscribe
You need to be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a paid agreement to subscribe. By purchasing a plan, you're confirming that's the case.
Plans, pricing and payment
Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page and are in British pounds. Prices can change for future purchases, but the price you're quoted and pay at the time of your order is the price that applies to that order — a later price change never applies retroactively to a plan you've already bought. Payment is required before a login is issued, and plans do not renew automatically; each plan runs for the length you paid for and then simply ends.
Your login and connection limit
Your login is issued to you personally and is not to be shared, resold, or used by anyone outside your own household. Each plan includes a set number of simultaneous connections — currently 2 for the 3-month plan, 3 for 6 months, and 4 for 12 months — and streaming beyond that limit at the same time may cause playback to stop working correctly for all connections on the account. We reserve the right to suspend a login that shows clear signs of being shared or resold beyond its plan's limit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, sub-license or otherwise distribute your login to anyone else
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the underlying service or servers
- Use the service in any way that breaches the law in the country you're watching from
- Use automated tools to access the service outside of the apps and devices it's intended for
Breach of any of these may result in your access being suspended or ended without a refund for the remaining period.
Service availability
We work to keep the service stable and available, and we publish an uptime figure on our homepage based on genuine server performance. That said, we can't guarantee uninterrupted access at all times — maintenance, third-party network issues, or circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect specific channels or the service as a whole. Where we're aware of a planned interruption, we'll aim to keep disruption to a minimum.
Content and third-party channels
The channels and on-demand titles available through the service are aggregated from a range of sources rather than hosted or produced by us directly. Availability of any specific channel or title can change over time and isn't guaranteed to remain identical throughout your subscription period. If you believe any content available through the service infringes your rights, contact us and we'll look into it.
Intellectual property
The subscribeiptv.uk website, its design, text and branding belong to SubscribeIPTV. Your subscription gives you a personal right to use the service — it doesn't transfer ownership of any software, content or branding to you.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect losses, such as missed viewing of a specific event, arising from temporary outages or channel changes. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for fraud.
Refunds
Refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy, which sets out exactly when a refund or replacement applies. These terms and the Refund Policy should be read together, since together they cover the full agreement around payment and access.
Circumstances outside our control
Neither party is responsible for a failure to meet these terms where that failure is caused by something reasonably outside their control — for example, a widespread internet outage, a change imposed by a third-party network, or another event that couldn't reasonably have been prevented. Where this happens, we'll work to restore normal service as quickly as practical.
Ending your access
We may suspend or end access to the service if these terms are breached, particularly around sharing logins or reselling access. You can simply choose not to renew at the end of any plan period — there's no cancellation process needed, since nothing renews automatically.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, most often to reflect changes to plans or how the service works. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute that can't be resolved directly between us falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If part of these terms doesn't apply
If any individual part of these terms is found not to be enforceable, the rest of the terms continue to apply as normal — one unenforceable clause doesn't undo the whole agreement.
Contact
Questions about these terms are always welcome before you subscribe, not just after — message us and we'll explain anything that isn't clear.
Questions before you subscribe?
Ask us anything about how the service works — we'd rather explain it upfront than leave you guessing.
